The alert is in effect from August 12 to August 13, affecting rivers in the Jiu, Olt, Argeș, and Ialomița basins. Significant runoff and local flooding are expected due to forecasted precipitation. Residents are advised to avoid flooded areas and follow local authorities' guidance.
