Alexandru Nazare announced the operationalization of the Interministerial Committee for Public-Private Partnership Projects (CI3P) to enhance project selection and monitoring. This initiative, led by the Ministry of Finance, involves nine ministries and aims to create a unified approach for PPP projects. Nazare emphasized the need for Romania to innovate and secure new funding sources as the current European financing cycle concludes. CI3P will identify strategic projects, ensure legislative coherence, and promote modern financing mechanisms. The goal is to develop a robust portfolio of PPP projects that can attract significant private investment over the next five years.
