Niculescu emphasized the importance of this initiative for defense capabilities and regional security. Discussions with Moldova's Prime Minister Vasile Tofan also included joint anti-drone programs to address increasing threats from Russian incursions. The collaboration aims to enhance defense coordination and protect citizens in both countries.
