Romania and Poland have signed a Letter of Intent to enhance defense cooperation under the SAFE financial instrument. The agreement aims to strengthen bilateral defense industry collaboration and joint procurement of loitering munition systems. The signing took place at the Romanian Ministry of National Defense, attended by key officials from both countries. This initiative is part of broader efforts within NATO and the European Union to bolster security in Europe.
