România reacționează după vizita șefului CIA la Moscova. Consilier prezidențial: Războiul nu merge cum anticipase conducerea de la Kremlin

The CIA chief's visit to Moscow suggests ongoing dialogue between the US and Russia regarding strategic stability and security, according to advisor Vlad Ionescu. He emphasized that maintaining this dialogue is crucial for NATO allies, especially those on the eastern flank. Ionescu noted that discussions may aim to keep the Ukraine conflict manageable and seek resolution rather than prolongation. He also mentioned that Russia's military and economic challenges could lead to various scenarios, including large-scale mobilization. The visit, which was the first official trip for CIA Director John Ratcliffe to Russia, was linked to intelligence contacts, although no meeting with President Putin occurred.
