Romania and Luxembourg reported the lowest hourly wage cost growth in the EU at 1.8% for Q2 2026. In contrast, Bulgaria saw a significant increase of nearly 10%. The construction sector had the highest growth at 3.9%, while the real estate sector led in hourly wage increases at 5.7%.
