He estimates a 50% chance of resuming exports within two weeks, while a 40% chance exists for a month-long crisis. If disruptions last over 45 days, Romania could face real shortages as strategic reserves dwindle. The situation is exacerbated by ongoing conflicts affecting maritime transport.
