România pregătește zone speciale de testare a dronelor

The Romanian Civil Aviation Authority (AACR) is establishing criteria for authorizing UAS testing zones to ensure safe drone operations. This initiative aims to create a regulated environment for testing new technologies without compromising airspace safety. The designated UAS testing areas will be restricted airspace activated upon request, with specific conditions for operation. AACR emphasizes risk management, cybersecurity, and separation from manned air traffic. The criteria are being analyzed by the Airspace Management Council, and AACR will engage with stakeholders to ensure the framework meets both innovation and safety needs.
