There were 13,497 births and 18,777 deaths, with births increasing by 14.5% from June but decreasing by 4.2% compared to July 2025. Deaths decreased by 1.4% from the previous month and by 0.9% from the previous year. The negative natural growth indicates that deaths were 1.4 times higher than births. Additionally, 12,756 marriages and 2,058 divorces were registered in July 2026.
