România pierde 700 MW după oprirea Unității 2 de la Cernavodă. Bușoi: „Vom compensa din importuri. Kozlodui este în siguranță”
Cristian Bușoi announced that Romania will compensate the loss of 700 MW from Cernavodă Unit 2 through wind energy and imports. The Rovinari plant may be activated if necessary, and Hydroelectrica reserves will also be utilized. Bușoi reassured that energy imports are secure, with no imminent risks of shortages. The Cernavodă Unit 2 will remain offline for at least ten days due to low Danube water levels, but there is no cause for public concern regarding blackouts. Hydrologists reported that the Danube's flow remains low but stable, with a slight increase expected soon.
