România obține aurul absolut la Olimpiada de Informatică

Andrei Nemțișor, an eighth-grade student from Iași, won the gold medal at the European Junior Olympiad in Informatics, achieving the highest score. Romania ranked first among 100 participants from 25 countries, confirming the effectiveness of its STEM education system. The team also included Traian Danciu, who earned another gold, Mihai Cosmin Boac with silver, and Radu Pipernea with bronze. This success highlights Romania's strong position in European school informatics and signals positive prospects for the IT job market.
