România, la coada Europei când vine vorba de siguranța copiilor pe internet
Romania ranks low in child online safety, with only a quarter of children aware that search results may not be reliable. Parental control usage is below the European average, with only 19% of parents limiting online time. Less than 25% monitor content or apps used by their children, compared to 40% in Europe. Additionally, only 37% track their children's GPS location, which is lower than the European average. Consequently, Romania is second to Poland in online safety for minors, with 36% of children reporting discomfort online monthly, compared to 23% in Europe. Girls find it harder to communicate with parents about negative experiences.
