România între TV, Facebook şi TikTok
A recent EFOR-ARP survey reveals that while social media usage is rising, traditional media remains the most trusted source for news among Romanians. Television leads with 28.7% trust, while TikTok only garners 14.5%. A significant portion of the population, especially among AUR voters, expresses skepticism towards all media. Facebook still dominates news consumption at 38%, despite predictions of its decline. TikTok, favored by younger audiences, shows a unique engagement model, allowing rapid visibility without prior community ties. YouTube also emerges as a credible news source, particularly among older demographics. The findings highlight a shift in information dissemination, with algorithms now playing a crucial role in shaping public discourse.
