Additionally, there will be periods of atmospheric instability with heavy rain, strong winds, and hail. The yellow heat warning is valid from August 22 to August 23, affecting most of the country, with temperatures reaching 33 to 37 degrees Celsius. An orange warning is in place for six counties, where temperatures may exceed 38 degrees. A yellow warning for atmospheric instability is also issued for specific regions, predicting thunderstorms and heavy rainfall. Another yellow heat warning is expected for August 23, particularly in southern Romania.
