In the second quarter of 2026, EU housing prices rose by 4.7% and rents by 3.0% compared to the same period in 2025. Compared to the first quarter of 2026, housing prices increased by 1.2% and rents by 0.7%. The most significant price increases were noted in Bulgaria, Portugal, and Lithuania, while Finland and France experienced declines. Rents rose in all EU countries, with Romania, Croatia, and Slovenia showing the highest increases.
