The Dan Voiculescu Foundation for the Development of Romania will participate in an international conference in Dublin focused on gifted children. From August 12 to 15, experts will present findings from a national study on exceptional youth. This research, involving 100 participants, aims to identify factors contributing to excellence and improve support for high-potential individuals. The conference, organized by the European Council for Ability, will showcase the study 'Neurocognitive Pattern of Excellence in Romania,' highlighting 12 essential competencies for transforming potential into performance. Key competencies include metacognition, adaptability, resilience, and emotional stability under pressure.
