The National Meteorological Administration (ANM) has issued several weather warnings for July 20-21, including heat waves and severe atmospheric instability across Romania. A yellow code for high temperatures and discomfort is in effect for southern regions, with maximum temperatures reaching 34-35 degrees Celsius. Additionally, a yellow code for atmospheric instability is active, predicting heavy rain, thunderstorms, and strong winds. A significant orange code for severe instability is also in place for parts of Moldova and Muntenia, with expected wind gusts of 70-90 km/h and possible hail. The instability will continue into the night and the following day, with further warnings for heavy rainfall and thunderstorms.
