The Romania Affordable Housing Summit 2026 aims to address these challenges and promote integrated strategies for affordable housing. The European Investment Bank is seeking to finance €6 billion for sustainable housing by 2026, amidst a broader EU need for 650,000 additional homes annually, requiring €150 billion in investments.
