He emphasized the importance of concrete military collaboration, including joint exercises and modernization of the National Army. Miruță highlighted the enduring friendship between Romania and Moldova, which transcends political changes. Additionally, the EU is considering separating Moldova from Ukraine in its accession negotiations, with potential new members by 2030, including Montenegro and Albania.
