România deschide a doua rută de import gaze prin Bulgaria

Romania has opened a new gas import route through Bulgaria, adding to its existing supply from Turkey and Russia. Daily imports now approach 14 million cubic meters, with a significant portion being transited to Hungary. Domestic gas production remains lower than usual, while storage levels are above the European average. Exports to Moldova continue steadily, as Romania is their sole gas supplier after they ended their contract with Gazprom. The imports consist of a mix of Azerbaijani, Russian, and Turkish gas, with Romania also serving as a transit country for Hungary's long-term gas contract with Russia.
