He highlighted security concerns due to the Ukraine war and recent drone incidents. France has initiated technical discussions to address Romania's needs. The president also emphasized Romania's support for a more ambitious EU budget and the importance of competitiveness in the European economy, advocating for lower energy costs. Migration issues were also addressed, noting progress in reducing the phenomenon.
