Starting in September 2026, RPEP will offer 15 spots for participants to learn from experienced executives and implement best practices. The program emphasizes the need for effective management systems to improve organizational performance. Despite the drop, infrastructure has shown improvement, indicating potential for growth if utilized correctly. The program is inspired by the Baldrige model, which has proven successful in enhancing organizational performance globally.
