Following Romania, Croatia and Slovenia also saw notable rent increases. Overall, housing prices in the EU rose by 4.1% during the same period, with Bulgaria, Portugal, and Lithuania leading in housing price growth. In contrast, Finland and France recorded slight declines in housing prices. Eurostat data indicates that rents increased across all EU countries, with Romania leading the way.
