Romania is on track to access nearly 100% of the PNRR funds, with the interim Minister of Investments stating a potential absorption rate of 97%. Dragoș Pîslaru emphasized that the adoption of the unified salary law for public employees is crucial for achieving this target. Currently, the absorption rate has improved from under 47% to 78%. Pîslaru remains confident that the country will exceed 90% absorption of grants, despite concerns about losing funds. He reassured that the renegotiated PNRR will ensure significant financial support.
