România a depus oficial Cererea de plată nr. 5 din PNRR, în valoare de 2,84 miliarde de euro. Pîslaru: „Am păstrat integral alocarea de 13,57 miliarde de euro pe granturi”

Romania officially submitted Payment Request No. 5 from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, totaling €2.84 billion, which includes 75 targets and milestones. The request consists of €1.65 billion in grants and €433 million in loans. This submission is expected to increase grant absorption to 78%. The final payment request will be No. 6, due by September 30, 2026, with a potential loss of up to €2.58 billion if reforms are not completed. Minister Pîslaru emphasized the importance of ongoing reforms, including the salary law and hydrogen legislation, to secure remaining funds.
