Romania achieved four medals at the European Rowing Championships in Varese, including two golds in double sculls for both men and women. The women's team set a new European record, while the men's team also secured a first-place finish. Additionally, the men's four sculls team won silver, and the women's four oars team earned bronze. Other Romanian crews finished just off the podium in several events. The competition continues with finals in the 8+1 categories tomorrow, followed by the World Championships in the Netherlands later this month.
