Rogobete cere audit la CNAS și suplimentarea bugetului Sănătății. Necesarul ajunge la 94 de miliarde de lei

Alexandru Rogobete, the Health Minister, announced plans for an audit of all programs run by the National Health Insurance House due to financial pressures on the healthcare system. The approved health budget is around 82 billion lei, while the estimated need is 94 billion lei, creating an 11 billion lei gap that requires budget supplements. Urgent care units need 391 million lei, and critical patient programs require an additional 156 million lei. Rising fuel and energy prices have increased costs for medications and medical supplies, further straining hospital budgets. Rogobete emphasized that healthcare reform should focus on improving services rather than cutting costs and plans to visit hospitals to assess needs directly. Discussions with unions regarding a new salary law are ongoing, as proposed changes could significantly reduce salaries for some medical staff, risking a mass exodus from the healthcare sector.
