The parties agreed to drop all litigation and execution procedures related to the contract. An additional act was signed to establish new payment terms and contractual conditions. The company previously announced a temporary payment block for this acquisition. Following the full acquisition of Workshop Doors, discrepancies in financial reporting raised concerns about the valuation of the 30% stake. Roca Industry is currently facing bank seizures related to this transaction but is taking legal steps to protect its interests.
