The humanoid robot Lightning has run 100 meters in 9.32 seconds, surpassing Usain Bolt's record by 0.26 seconds, although this does not affect official athletic records. This performance occurred during a technological test before the World Humanoid Robot Games in Beijing. Lightning previously won a humanoid half-marathon in April, completing it in 50 minutes and 26 seconds. Developers increased the robot's leg length by 10 centimeters before the competition, showcasing significant advancements in humanoid robotics.
