„Robin Hood” de la supermarket: un casier din Austria, judecat după ce ar fi acordat reduceri de până la 50% clienților

A 23-year-old supermarket employee in Austria faces trial for allegedly granting unauthorized discounts of up to 50%, causing an estimated loss of €26,000. The case emerged during an internal audit at a store in Linz, where the employee, acting as a cashier, reportedly provided random discounts over several months in 2025. Although he initially admitted to the company that he acted out of a desire for customer appreciation during a difficult time, he later denied the charges during the investigation. The prosecution is pursuing charges of abuse of trust, which could lead to a prison sentence of up to three years due to the significant financial damage.
