Ritmul de creștere al salariilor în firmele românești va încetini și în 2027 (raport) - StartupCafe

A study by PwC reveals that Romanian private companies expect a gradual slowdown in salary growth, with an average increase of 5.65% projected for 2027. This follows increases of 6.67% in 2026 and 7.47% in 2025. Despite a decrease in inflation, which remains above salary growth, companies face pressure to adjust wages due to ongoing economic challenges. The technology sector anticipates the highest salary growth for 2027, while gender pay gaps are narrowing, particularly in lower salary brackets. Employees aged 26 to 43 earn the highest salaries, and regional disparities persist, especially in management roles. Additional benefits like extra days off are increasingly common among companies.
