Risc crescut în funcționarea sistemului energetic național. Avertisment al Ministerului Energiei: „Pot apărea consecințe economice și sociale grave”
The Romanian Ministry of Energy warns of an escalating energy crisis in November due to various factors, including the shutdown of the Cernavodă nuclear plant and reduced coal reserves. The government plans to extend the state of emergency for electricity supply, allowing measures like export bans and limiting industrial consumption. Electricity demand may peak at 8,500 MW, surpassing current capacity. The Ministry highlights risks of severe economic and social consequences if production deficits occur during peak hours. Neighboring countries will also face energy production cuts, exacerbating the regional crisis.
