Rheinmetall anunță oficial că va prelua Șantierul Naval Mangalia

Rheinmetall and MSC are set to acquire the Mangalia Shipyard for €138 million, pending necessary approvals. The shipyard will focus on both civilian and military shipbuilding, including four military vessels for Romania. The acquisition aims to enhance production capabilities and modernize the facility, establishing it as a strategic hub in Southeast Europe. Regulatory approvals from the Competition Council and the Direct Investment Examination Commission are required for the transaction to proceed.
