The Ministry of National Defense will conduct the mobilization exercise "MOBEX B-IF-26" from October 5 to 12, 2026, in Bucharest and Ilfov County to assess readiness for total mobilization. Various governmental structures will participate, focusing on planning and organization capabilities. Reservists will undergo identity checks, medical consultations, and psychological evaluations before receiving military uniforms and equipment. They will also engage in practical workshops and shooting sessions. Non-compliance with participation will incur fines, with higher penalties for refusing orders.
