Revolut Business has launched GlobalHire in the European Economic Area, including Romania, allowing companies to recruit and pay employees internationally. The platform offers competitive interbank rates and utilizes Revolut's currency infrastructure. Alex Codina emphasized the importance of accessing top talent for ambitious Romanian companies. Currently, Revolut Business serves over 850,000 companies globally and contributes nearly 20% to the Group's gross profit. Established in 2017, it provides multi-currency accounts and global payment services.
