Retușuri de peste 186.000 de lei la pietonalele din Centrul Făgărașului, la nici doi ani de la finalizarea unor lucrări • Făgăraș Biz Brasov

In 2023, Făgăraș City Hall initiated a project to revitalize the city center and convert several streets into pedestrian areas, funded by European grants. Despite completing some project components less than two years ago, local authorities plan remedial works. A contract worth 186,635 lei was signed with IC Metal Confex for these repairs. The original contract for pedestrian area arrangements was terminated in January 2023. The city had previously secured a European funding of 45,737,226 lei in 2015, which was transferred to the 2021-2027 Central Region Program due to delays. Additionally, a new tender is underway for unfinished works, including street improvements and a bike-sharing system.
