Rețele Electrice România is set to invest approximately 86 million lei in modernizing high-voltage power lines in Constanța and Tulcea counties. The project, co-financed by over 46.3 million lei through the Sustainable Development and Just Transition Program, aims to enhance the capacity of four overhead power lines, facilitating increased energy transport from renewable sources. The upgrades will include replacing conductors and equipment, improving the resilience of the distribution network. The implementation period is 20 months, with ongoing projects totaling over 400 million euros in funding.
