Rețele de apă și canalizare prin PNRR: peste 1.200 km finalizați prin PNRR

The Ministry of Environment has met the PNRR target for expanding water and sewage infrastructure, completing 297 km of water distribution and 947 km of sewage networks. Investments were funded under Component C1, focusing on larger communities and individual systems for smaller ones. The interim minister emphasized the importance of these projects for public health and environmental protection. Future projects will continue to enhance water and sewage systems, ensuring communities are connected to completed networks. By the end of 2025, the total length of sewage networks reached over 53,000 km, with significant expansions in both urban and rural areas.
