Retailerii de modă din Spania, prezenți și în România, au semnat un acord național pentru mărirea salariilor
Spain's major fashion chains have signed their first national collective agreement, impacting around 120,000 employees. The aim is to create a more stable work environment to enhance sector competitiveness and attract talent. The agreement, established by the employers' association ARTE, includes companies like Inditex, Primark, Tendam, and Mango. This marks the first unified labor framework for these chains, addressing the previous lack of common regulations in the industry.
