Bulgaria has imposed temporary restrictions on trucks over 20 tons due to high temperatures, effective from August 4 to 6. Trucks cannot operate from 1 PM to 9 PM on major highways and national roads. Exceptions apply for vehicles transporting perishable goods, live animals, and hazardous materials. Romanian travelers are advised to plan accordingly and can seek consular assistance if needed.
