The restrictions will last from October 19, 09:00 to October 22, 17:00, with alternating traffic on the left lane. From October 26, 09:00 to October 29, 17:00, the left lane will be closed, and traffic will shift to the right lane under similar conditions. Authorities will manage traffic flow during this period, and drivers are advised to plan for potential delays and follow official guidance.
