While over 90% of natural gas needs are contracted, international price fluctuations pose financial risks. Fuel stock levels have improved, but regional market disruptions remain a concern. The government highlights a severe water deficit in the Nistru and Prut rivers, affecting water supply. The emergency measures aim to maintain stock levels, protect consumers, and ensure the continuity of energy and water supply.
