The National Commission for Financial Markets (CNPF) has authorized the management of a regulated market and a multilateral trading system, aligning with European standards. Key shareholders include the Bucharest Stock Exchange, which holds 26.67% of the capital. The executive leadership has been confirmed, with Veronica Arpintin as president and Andrian Iastremschi as vice president. The project aims to enhance capital market development and diversify financing sources for companies in Moldova.
