The European Commission's representation in Romania has launched an account on the eYou Social platform, created by two French entrepreneurs. This account is separate from the central institution's activities. A fake account previously attributed to the Commission was deactivated. eYou, launched in May, is nearing a seed funding round of €1.3 million and has surpassed 100,000 users. The platform offers AI-based information verification and real-time news from AFP, with users spending an average of 45 minutes daily.
