The center aims to train over 1,000 individuals, particularly local residents, for the park's construction and operation. Partnerships with nearby universities will facilitate student involvement in training and school visits. RenewAcad, the largest renewable energy training network in Romania, operates six centers and has retrained over 12,000 individuals in recent years. The latest center opened in Buzău, focusing on wind energy training, and offers free training spots for local residents.
