Remorcher atacat de ruși în Marea Neagră, spre Constanța

A Ukrainian tugboat, TEDY, was attacked by Russian drones near Odesa, resulting in two Azerbaijani crew members' deaths and injuries to others. The vessel was reportedly heading to Constanța after an earlier incident. Russia claims the tug was involved in military supply activities for Ukraine and intends to continue targeting commercial ships it associates with the Ukrainian military.
