The relics, coming from Assisi, aim to promote peace and harmony in communities. The pilgrimage is part of the Franciscan Jubilee Year, marking 800 years since the saint's death. The event includes various parishes, with a special focus on the Cathedral of Saint Joseph on October 11. Saint Francis, known for his love for nature and animals, is celebrated on October 4, which is also World Animal Day.
