Reguli noi și amenzi în Paris pentru trotinetele electrice, după înmulțirea accidentelor
New regulations in Paris require electric scooter users to wear helmets and reflective gear due to rising accident rates. Violators face fines of 135 euros for not wearing helmets and 35 euros for lacking visibility gear. These rules apply to all motorized mobility devices. The increase in accidents has prompted these measures, with 79 fatalities among unprotected road users in 2025, up from 45 in 2024. Other European cities are also implementing similar restrictions.
