Reguli noi pentru influenceri. Când trebuie notificat CNA dacă fac bani din TikTok, YouTube, Instagram sau Facebook
New regulations require content creators on platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram to notify the National Audiovisual Council (CNA) if they meet specific criteria. These include having at least 100,000 followers and publishing a minimum of 24 audiovisual materials in the past year. The rules, effective from September 27, 2026, aim to classify certain channels as audiovisual media services. Notably, the notification does not imply prior approval of content by the CNA. Creators must also demonstrate a commercial character in their activities, which can include monetary benefits or other forms of compensation. Failure to comply with the notification requirements may lead to sanctions under existing audiovisual laws.
