The changes, announced by ANPIS, aim to assist young individuals transitioning from the protection system to education or employment. Key modifications include the possibility of receiving placement allowances until age 26 for those continuing their studies, and the introduction of retroactive benefits for eligible youth. Additionally, students must provide proof of enrollment every six months to avoid payment suspension. Applications for retroactive benefits must be submitted within 60 working days of the ordinance's enactment.
